NoCapped PBC is a Delaware public benefit corporation. We meet the commitments made in our charter to empower visual artists by building tools for signing and protecting their work.
What we build
A social app for photographers who sign human made work.
Pinxt is the place to share human made visual imagery. On Pinxt, every image is signed at upload with a C2PA Content Credential that records who made it and how it was edited. That metadata can travel with the file and be verified anywhere. Fully AI generated images are not permitted.
Photographs can be carried through to group registration with the U.S. Copyright Office, which NoCapped prepares and files as the photographer's authorized agent.

Why a public benefit corporation?
A Delaware public benefit corporation is a for-profit company whose directors are legally required to balance stockholder interests against a stated public benefit. Ours reads, in full:
- protect and empower visual artists by making it easier to establish provenance, register copyrights, and defend their rights as creators; and
- foster a transparent and sustainable platform for sharing authentic human creativity, built on standards that enable artists to control the use of their work and to participate fairly in the value it generates.
Certificate of Incorporation, Article IV. Filed with the Delaware Division of Corporations, February 13, 2026. Those are obligations written into how the company is organized, not features we can quietly drop later.
