Designated Copyright Agent

Designation filed with the U.S. Copyright Office and effective July 20, 2026. The designation covers NoCapped PBC and the alternate names Pinxt and Pinxt.app.

Sending a takedown notice

If you believe material on a NoCapped service infringes your copyright, send an email to legal@nocapped.com and a written notice to the Copyright Agent above that includes all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the service, such as a direct link;
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We process valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to the material.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It must include identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake, your name, address, telephone number, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found), a statement that you will accept service of process from the complaining party, and your signature.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
